A Charitable Organization with a mission to promote and contribute to the socio-economic development of the city of Cabaret and his inhabitants in the Western part of Haiti.
OUR PURPOSE
This corporation is a nonprofit public charitable benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The specific purpose of this corporation shall include but not be limited to provide relief to the poor and distressed or of the underprivileged.
The organization also assists in rebuilding some areas that were destroyed by the earthquake like schools, health centers, and public places. This organization is exclusively charitable within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
